I could not be more pleased at how the tireless work of the whole staff team and governors has been reflected by the inspector &#8211; Mr Elms<\/p><h3>Some highlights from the Ofsted report include:<\/h3><h3>Behaviour and Personal Development<\/h3><ul><li>Pupils feel happy and safe in the nurturing environment that leaders provide.<br \/>Supportive relationships are a feature of this school. Pupils know they are valued.<\/li><li>Leaders strive for pupils to develop a \u2018love of learning for life\u2019. The school\u2019s values of \u2018friendship, trust, respect and courage\u2019 are lived by all.<\/li><li>The arrangements for safeguarding are effective<\/li><li>Pupils are proud to contribute to the life of the school.<\/li><li>Pupils behave extremely well.<\/li><li>Pupils work hard in their lessons and are polite and respectful.<\/li><\/ul><h3>Quality of Education and Leadership and Management<\/h3><ul><li>Leaders have designed an ambitious curriculum for all pupils, including those with SEND. The school\u2019s \u2018learning journey\u2019 approach enables pupils to make links between subjects. It also enables teachers to meet the needs of mixed-age classes well. The knowledge and skills pupils need to know are identified.<\/li><li>Leaders promote an inclusive culture. Pupils, including those with special educational needs and\/or disabilities (SEND), receive the help they need to learn well. Leaders\u2019 ambitious expectations for all pupils to achieve well are met.<\/li><li>Leaders have recently strengthened the early reading curriculum. Phonics teaching is structured effectively and all staff are well trained. There is a love of reading in the school.<\/li><li>Leaders provide pupils with many wider experiences.
