General Principles

Home Learning – Every child from the Pre-School to Year 6 has been provided with a learning pack for this period. In these packs, a number of published resources are available to ensure every child can independently consolidate their learning. The expectations will be set each week by the class teachers and work will be further supplemented by a number of ‘pick and mix’ activities and previous home learning activities which can be found on the school’s website.

G-Suite – Every child has received access to G-Suite and the Google Classroom. These sessions are planned twice a week and are an opportunity for class teams to provide feedback to a group of children, engage children in discussion and support and monitor wellbeing. If a child is not able to make an online session, then the teacher will follow up with a short telephone call. This process will be led by Miss Sanchez, Mrs Jones and Mrs Bull and will be supported by your child’s teaching assistant(s).
